Can I grow marijuana in Arizona with an MMJ card?

In Arizona, medical marijuana patients or their designated caregivers can cultivate marijuana if they meet the following requirements:

  1. Live more than 25 miles away from an operating dispensary.
  2. Approved for cultivation rights after submitting state application to the ADHS.
  3. Grow a maximum of 12 plants.

Adults 21 and older can cultivate up to six plants for personal use. If two or more adults live in the same household, a maximum of 12 plants is allowed.
