How does the online evaluation process work for getting a Medical Marijuana certificate Letter/Medical Certificate in Arkansas?

Leafwell can only provide telehealth renewals for patients already enrolled in the Arkansas Medical Marijuana Patient Registry System.

For eligible patients, here's how the process will work:

1. Create or log into your Leafwell account. Complete a brief questionnaire of personal and health information and choose your renewal plan. You will need a smartphone, computer, or tablet with a reliable internet connection and a working camera to be seen by a Leafwell provider.
2. Schedule an appointment for a day and time that works best for you. You will receive a text message on your cell phone when the provider is ready to see you, and then you'll be connected to a Leafwell healthcare provider for a video chat (i.e., a virtual doctor's visit). During the visit, your provider will assess your medical condition(s) to determine if you are eligible for renewal.
3. Once approved for renewal, you'll download a digital copy of your certificate and submit it with your renewal application with the Arkansas Medical Marijuana Program.
