Can I get a medical cannabis certificate for my child in Kentucky?
Per Kentucky Executive Order 2022-798, minors under 18 may receive a written certification for the possession of medical cannabis with consent from a parent or legal guardian who will be listed on the certificate. Although a parent or legal guardian would be considered the minor patient's caregiver, they are not required to produce a written certification stating so.
An online consultation for a Kentucky medical cannabis certification costs $199. You will not be charged if your child is not approved.
