Can I get an MMJ Card for my child in Washington?
Minors under 18 can qualify for a Washinton medical marijuana certification with consent from a parent or legal guardian who will be their designated provider (aka caregiver).
An online renewal consultation with Leafwell costs $99. You will not be charged if your child is not approved.
Both patients and their designated providers must have their own medical marijuana authorization issued by the certifying healthcare practitioner. Authorizations for minor patients are valid for 6 months at a time.
Please note: Leafwell can only provide renewals and not initial certifications at this time. We apologize for any inconvenience.
