How much cannabis can I possess in Mississippi with a medical card?
Cannabis possession limits are calculated based on Mississippi Medical Cannabis Equivalency Units (MMCEUs). According to the Mississippi State Department of Health, one MMCEU equals:
- 3.5 grams of medical cannabis flower;
- 1 gram of medical cannabis concentrate; or,
- 100 milligrams of THC in an infused product
Medical cannabis patients may purchase up to six MMCEUs (21 grams) a week and 24 MMCEUs (roughly 3 oz) a month. They can legally possess up to 28 MMCEUs (just under 3.5 oz).
