How much cannabis can I possess in Nevada with an MMJ Card?
In Nevada, you can possess up to 2.5 ounces with a valid medical marijuana card.
Patients may grow up to 12 plants if there is no dispensary in the county where they live or if there is no dispensary within 25 miles of their home address. If a dispensary later opens within these limits, patients may continue to cultivate cannabis if they do not allow their registration to lapse. Patients who cannot travel due to illness or lack of transportation are also allowed to grow their own plants.
Recreational users can possess up to 2.5 ounces of flower or ¼ ounce of concentrate. Adults 21 and older may grow up to 6 plants per person, and no more than 12 plants in a household, but only if there are no licensed retail dispensaries within a 25-mile radius.
