How much does a Florida Medical Marijuana certificate and Card Cost?

Please note: We can only offer online consultations to existing Leafwell patients for renewals. First-time patients or those new to Leafwell can join our waitlist to be notified when an in-person certification pop-up is happening near you. In-person certifications will cost $149.

An online renewal consultation for existing Leafwell patients in Florida costs $99 and includes a 30-week certification. You'll only be charged if approved.

Patients will also pay a separate $75 application fee (+ $2.75 processing fee) to the Florida Office of Medical Marijuana Use.
