How much cannabis can I possess in Florida with an MMJ Card?
In Florida, you can possess the following amounts with a valid medical marijuana card:
- Six 35-day orders of smokable medical marijuana
- A 35-day order may not exceed 2.5 ounces
- Patients may only possess up to 4 ounces of medical marijuana in smokable form at any given time
- Daily dose amount limit: 2.025 grams
- Patients who require more than the standard amount can ask their certifying provider to submit a Request for Exception form online to exceed the state's limit
- Three 70-day orders of medical marijuana
- The combined limit of medical marijuana (excluding smokable marijuana) cannot exceed 24,500mg of THC
- Daily dose amount limits:
- Edibles: 60 mg THC
- Inhalation (vape): 350 mg THC
- Oral (capsules, tinctures): 200 mg THC
- Sublingual: 190 mg THC
- Suppository: 195 mg THC
- Topical (creams): 150 mg THC
You cannot cultivate marijuana in Florida even if you have a valid medical marijuana card.
