How much cannabis can I possess in Washington with an MMJ Card?

Qualified patients who do not enroll in the state database and adults 21 and over can purchase:

• 1 oz of useable marijuana (flower)
• 16 oz of marijuana-infused edibles in solid form
• 72 oz in liquid form
• 7 g of marijuana concentrates

Those entered in the state's voluntary patient database may possess:

• 3 oz of usable cannabis
• 48 oz of marijuana-infused product in solid form
• 216 oz of marijuana-infused product in liquid form
• 21 g of marijuana concentrates

A qualifying patient with a valid authorization form may grow up to 4 plants and possess up to 6 ounces of usable cannabis harvested from their plants.

Those who are enrolled in the state patient database may legally grow up to 6 plants and possess up to 8 ounces of cannabis from their plants.

Patients can receive authorization from their provider to grow up to 15 plants, if needed, and possess up to 16 ounces of cannabis from their plants.
