How often do I need to renew my Vermont Medical Marijuana Card?
Vermont medical marijuana certificates are valid for one or three years, depending on your qualifying condition, and can be renewed online.
Renewal consultations with Leafwell cost $99, and you'll only be charged if approved. Plus, when you renew with Leafwell, we'll send you a reminder 30 days before your certification expires so you have plenty of time to submit your renewal application to the state.
Here's a summary of the renewal process:
- Sign in to Leafwell, or register as a renewal patient here.
- Get approved, and download your Health Care Professional Verification Form immediately.
- Log into the Vermont website to renew your state registration.
- Submit your renewal application online and pay the $50 state fee.
- Receive your new registry card in the mail in 30 business days.
