Renewal consultations with Leafwell cost $99, and you'll only be charged if approved. Plus, when you renew with Leafwell, we'll send you a reminder 30 days before your certification expires so you have plenty of time to submit your renewal application to the state.

2. Speak to a West Virginia-licensed healthcare provider online and get approved.
3. Your provider will submit your certification directly to the state.
4. Log into your account on the West Virginia Medical Cannabis Portal to complete your renewal application online and make payment.
5. The state will notify you via email within 30-60 days. If approved, download your digital patient card through your state account.
