How old do I have to be to apply for a Washington medical marijuana card?

You must be at least 18 years old to apply for a medical marijuana card in Washington.

Minor patients may apply with consent from a custodial parent or legal guardian.

Designated providers (aka caregivers) must be at least 21 years old.
