A renewal consultation costs $125 and you'll only be charged if approved. Plus, when you use Leafwell to renew your recommendation, we'll send you a reminder email one month before it's due to expire to make sure you don't have a lapse in coverage.

Here's a summary of the renewal process:

1. Sign in to Leafwell or if you’re new to Leafwell, register as a renewal patient here.
2. Speak to a Louisiana-licensed physician online and get approved.
3. Leafwell will fax your physician's certificate directly to your pharmacy of choice.
4. As soon as the pharmacy has processed your approval, you can legally purchase cannabis from that pharmacy. Processing time may vary from only a few hours to a few days.
