In Maine, you can possess up to 8 pounds of harvested marijuana, which includes concentrates and other medical marijuana products, with a valid medical marijuana card.

Patients or their caregivers can grow up to 6 mature plants, 12 immature plants, and an unlimited number of seedlings.

Adults 21 and older can possess up to 2.5 ounces of a combination of flower, concentrate (not to exceed 5 grams), and infused products. Home cultivation of 3 mature, 12 immature, and unlimited seedlings is also allowed.
