Can I get an MMJ Card for my child in Massachusetts?

Minors under 18 can qualify for a Massachusetts medical marijuana card with consent from a custodial parent or legal guardian who will serve as their caregiver.

Pediatric patients must receive two certifications from two certifying healthcare providers, one of whom must be a board-certified pediatrician or pediatric specialist.

When minor patients turn 18, their pediatric certifications will remain active until expiration. Once it's time to renew, they will need to apply as a New Adult Patient.

Unfortunately, Leafwell cannot currently certify minors. We apologize for any inconvenience.
