How old do I have to be to apply for a Medical Marijuana Card in Minnesota?
You must be at least 18 years old to apply for a medical marijuana certificate in Minnesota. Veterans may self-certify and do not need a certification from a registered healthcare provider.
Minor patients may apply with consent from a custodial parent or legal guardian.
Caregivers must be 18 years of age (21 or older to pick up or assist with raw cannabis medications).
