Minors under 18 can qualify for a Missouri medical marijuana card with written consent from a custodial parent or legal guardian who will serve as their caregiver.

• Only parents or legal guardians of a licensed minor patient may serve as their licensed caregiver.

• The parent or legal guardian that completed the Parental/Legal Guardian Consent Form in the minor patient’s application must serve as the qualified patient’s primary caregiver.
