In Missouri, you can have 6 ounces of medical cannabis every 30 days with a valid medical marijuana card. Those who require more than 6 ounces of medical cannabis every 30 days will need their provider's approval.
Medical cardholders or licensed caregivers can grow up to six flowering marijuana plants, six nonflowering marijuana plants (over 14 inches tall), and six clones (plants under 14 inches tall) at any given time in a single enclosed facility. There is a separate $53 non-refundable application fee for patient and caregiver cultivation cards.
Recreational cannabis is legal in Missouri, and adults 21 and older can possess up to 3 ounces of marijuana. Individuals with a consumer cultivation card can grow up to six flowering marijuana plants, six nonflowering marijuana plants (over 14 inches tall), and six clones (plants under 14 inches tall) at any given time in a single enclosed facility. There is a $100 application fee for consumer cultivation cards.
