Can I get an MMJ Card for my child in Nevada?
Minors under 18 can qualify for a Nevada medical marijuana card with consent from a custodial parent or legal guardian who will serve as their caregiver.
An online consultation with a Leafwell healthcare provider costs $79. You will not be charged if your child is not approved.
Once the minor patient has been approved, the parent or guardian must request an application from the Nevada Medical Marijuana Registry to register their child. There is no online registration option for minors under 18, but application requests can be sent by mail or email, with email being the quickest.
Parents and guardians who would like to register their minor child can also call the NV Medical Marijuana Registry at 775-687-7594.
