Can I get an MMJ Card for my child in Oregon?
Minors under 18 may qualify for an Oregon medical marijuana card with consent from a custodial parent or legal guardian who will serve as their caregiver.
An online consultation with a Leafwell healthcare provider costs $149. You will not be charged if your child is not approved.
Minor applicants must submit a notarized Minor Declaration Form signed by the minor’s custodial parent or legal guardian who is responsible for the minor’s healthcare decisions.
Minors are not allowed in dispensaries, even if they hold a valid medical marijuana card.
