Can I get an MMJ Card for my child in Montana?
Minors under 18 can qualify for a Montana medical marijuana card with consent from a parent or legal guardian. The state requires minor patients to receive two certifications from two physicians.
An online consultation with two Leafwell physicians costs $298. You will not be charged if your child is not approved.
When completing the state application to the Montana Cannabis Control Division, the parent or legal guardian of a minor applicant must provide documentation proving legal guardianship, such as a birth certificate or court document.
