How often do I need to renew my New Hampshire Medical Marijuana Card?

New Hampshire medical marijuana certificates are valid for one year. Renewals may be done online, but only with the same certifying medical provider. We recommend existing Leafwell patients renew 30 days before their expiration date to avoid a lapse in coverage.

Renewal consultations for existing Leafwell patients cost $199. Unfortunately, we cannot accept any new patients (initial or renewal) at this time.
