How much does a New Hampshire Medical Marijuana certificate and Card Cost?

Please note: We do not currently offer certificates for those who do not yet have an account with Leafwell. We can only provide renewal consultations under New Hampshire law.

An online renewal consultation for existing Leafwell patients in New Hampshire costs $199 and includes a 1-year certification. You'll only be charged if approved.

Patients will also pay a separate $50 application fee to the New Hampshire Therapeutic Cannabis Program.

Here's an overview of the fees:

• $125 Renewal certificate from Leafwell (existing Leafwell patients only)
• $50 State patient application fee*

*State fees are not included with Leafwell fees and are paid directly to the state.
