How much cannabis can I possess in New Jersey with an MMJ Card?
In New Jersey, patients with a valid medical marijuana card can possess up to 84 grams (about 3 ounces) of medicinal cannabis every 30 days. The patient's monthly allotment will be determined by the certifying provider at the time of the consultation but can be changed if needed.
Cultivation remains illegal in the state, even for medical marijuana patients with a valid card.
Recreational cannabis is limited to 1 ounce of flower, 4 grams of concentrates, 4 grams of oil, or 1000 mg of infused products.
