2. Speak to an Oklahoma-licensed healthcare provider online.
3. Get approved and download your recommendation form.
4. Log into your OMMA account to complete your renewal application and pay the $99 state fee within 30 days of receiving your recommendation.
5. After your application is submitted, your approval letter and new license will arrive in the mail within 14 business days (usually within 2-5 days).
