Yes, you can renew your MS medical card online if you see the same provider online as you met in-person the previous year.

The in-person visit establishes the provider-patient relationship. Once that has been established, you can use telemedicine to renew your card with Leafwell. We can also help you organize an in-person visit with one of our providers in our MS network.
