What medical conditions qualify for a Medical Marijuana Card in Florida?
To qualify for a medical marijuana card in Florida, you must be diagnosed with one of the following conditions:
- Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS)
- Cancer
- Crohn's disease
- Epilepsy
- Glaucoma
- HIV/AIDS
- Multiple sclerosis (MS)
- Parkinson's disease
- Post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD)
You may also become a qualified patient if:
- A terminal condition is diagnosed by a physician other than the qualified physician issuing the physician certification.
- You are diagnosed with chronic nonmalignant pain caused by a qualifying medical condition, or that originates from a qualifying medical condition and persists beyond the usual course of that qualifying medical condition.
- You are diagnosed with medical conditions of the same kind or class as or comparable to those listed.
