Can I get an MMJ Card for my child in Texas?
Minors under 18 may qualify for a Texas medical marijuana certification with consent from a parent or legal guardian who will serve as their caregiver.
An online consultation with a Leafwell healthcare provider costs $199. You will not be charged if your child is not approved.
The certifying physician will enter the caregiver into the Compassionate Use Registry of Texas (CURT) with their full name and the last five digits of their Social Security number.
